Booking & Payment Terms
At Book Egypt Travel, we recommend making your reservation as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak travel seasons.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required deposit has been received. The deposit amount depends on the type of tour, number of travelers, travel date, and included services. The deposit will be deducted from the total tour cost.
Once the deposit is received, we will immediately begin securing all services included in your itinerary.
Standard Overland & Day Tours
For overland tours and separate day tours that do not require hotel reservations or domestic flights:
- A 25% deposit of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking.
- Deposit payments made by Credit/Debit card are subject to a 2% bank processing fee.
- The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival in cash or by card (card payments are subject to a 3% bank processing fee).
- Payments can be made in USD, EUR, GBP, or other major currencies.
Shore Excursions
For shore excursions:
- A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
- Deposit payments by Credit/Debit card are subject to a 2% bank processing fee. Bank transfers are accepted with no additional charges from our side.
- The remaining balance is payable upon arrival in cash (any major currency) or by card with a 3% bank processing fee.
Tours Including Domestic Flights
For tours that include domestic flights:
- A 25% deposit is required via Credit/Debit card or bank transfer.
- Card deposits are subject to a 2% bank processing fee.
- The remaining balance is payable upon arrival in cash (USD or EGP) or by card with a 3% bank processing fee.
High Luxury & Premium Tours
For High Luxury or Premium travel packages:
- A 50% deposit of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking.
- Deposit payments made by Credit/Debit card are subject to a 2% bank processing fee.
- The remaining balance is payable upon arrival in cash.
- If you prefer to complete the remaining balance before arrival by card, a 3% bank processing fee will apply.
Comprehensive Travel Packages
For all complete travel packages:
- A 50% deposit is required via Credit/Debit card or bank transfer.
- Card deposits are subject to a 2% bank processing fee.
- The remaining balance is payable upon arrival in cash.
- If paid in advance by card, the remaining balance will be subject to a 3% bank processing fee.
Important Booking Information
- Early booking is strongly recommended to guarantee availability.
- Once the deposit is received, Book Egypt Travel assumes full responsibility for securing the agreed-upon services.
- A secure online payment link will be generated by our team to ensure safe and smooth transactions.

Secure Credit & Debit Card Payments
For clients who prefer to pay their deposit or final balance by Credit or Debit Card, Book Egypt Travel provides a fully secure and encrypted payment process.
Our team will generate a secure electronic invoice containing a protected payment link for the agreed amount. This allows you to complete your transaction quickly, smoothly, and safely through a trusted payment gateway.
For your security, we never request or store your credit or debit card details. You are only required to use the official secure payment link provided directly by our team to complete your transaction.
This system ensures maximum protection, confidentiality, and peace of mind throughout the payment process.
